We value long-term partnership with our clients and we want a Sales Specialist who understands that great sales is about asking the right questions and understanding how the Studio can help our clients.
About the Role
As our Sales Specialist, you’ll own the entire sales journey with the leadership of our founder to ensure that every client we take on is a strong fit for both sides. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales, understands founder psychology, and can confidently sell professional services without hype.
What You’ll Own
Sales Process
Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end
Identify suitable channels for lead sourcing
Prepare and send proposals with clear scope and expectations
Attend to inbound sales inquiries
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage qualified founders and decision-makers (cold lead)
List open roles and other published postings where the Studio might be a good fit (warm lead)
Partner with our Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to utilize our platforms for prospecting
Lead Nurturing
Act as the main point of contact until onboarding
Share client insights to improve offers and messaging
Support referrals, renewals, and upsell opportunities (where appropriate)
Reporting
Track pipeline health and early KPIs
Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities for improvement
What Success Looks Like
A steady pipeline of qualified, aligned leads
High-quality conversations with leads
Right-fit deals closed consistently
Closed deals that onboard smoothly
Strong early client retention
Who Will Succeed in This Role
At least 2+ years experience in consultative sales, services sales, or B2B sales
Experience selling professional services (HR, recruitment, consulting, SaaS, agency work is a plus)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable speaking with founders and senior decision-makers
Organized, proactive, and accountable
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines

What We Offer
Base pay plus commission of up to 15% of each closed deal, based on deal value
Clear expectations and realistic targets - know your targets on Day 1
What to Expect
Our team will review your resume. If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a simple trial task (roughly less than an hour finish). Your output will be reviewed and if our team finds it good, you will be invited to the interview with our founder. Get hired within 1 week.
