We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can confidently handle high-volume hiring and hard-to-fill, niche roles — someone who is organized, proactive, and knows how to run recruitment like a system.

About the Role
As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple client roles at once while maintaining quality, speed, and a great candidate experience, with the leadership of our founder. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a recruitment agency or fast-paced hiring environment and is metrics-driven and comfortable being accountable to KPIs from Day 1.
What You’ll Own
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for volume and niche roles
Assist in role intake calls and clarify hiring priorities with internal stakeholders
Assist in building structured sourcing plans per role
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and alignment
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Source candidates through different job boards, communities, referrals, and other unconventional channels (Reddit, X, and similar platforms)
Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring roles
Handle bulk applicant screening efficiently without sacrificing quality
Proactively headhunt for niche or senior roles when required
ATS & Data Management
Manage candidates and roles in Teamtailor (ATS)
Maintain clean, accurate recruitment data in Airtable
Track candidate stages, response rates, and hiring metrics
Ensure documentation and recruitment workflows are followed consistently
Stakeholder & Client Support
Provide regular hiring updates and insights
Flag risks, bottlenecks, or role misalignment early
Share market feedback and candidate insights to improve hiring outcomes

Shortlists delivered on time, aligned with role complexity and urgency
High-quality candidate shortlists that convert smoothly into interviews and offers
Hiring managers confident in candidate fit, with minimal rework or role restarts
Volume hiring managed efficiently without compromising quality
Multiple roles progressed in parallel with clear prioritization and momentum
Clean, reliable recruitment data with ATS and Airtable always up to date
Structured evaluations and notes that support confident, fast hiring decisions
Consistent adherence to recruitment workflows that create a smooth candidate experience
Who Will Succeed in This Role
At least 2 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house with volume hiring)
Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment
Comfortable recruiting for niche, specialized, or senior roles
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Highly organized and process-oriented
Confident using ATS and tracking recruitment data
Experience with Teamtailor and Airtable is a strong plus
Clear communicator with strong time management skills
