We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to own and optimize marketing funnels, build high-converting landing pages, run email/SMS campaigns that convert, and manage the full GoHighLevel process of the company.

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through well-designed marketing systems. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of funnels across email, SMS, landing pages, and marketing automation, while monitoring performance through data and analytics.

What You’ll Own

• Funnel Design & Ownership

  • Design, build, and optimize full marketing funnels for various campaigns

  • Identify opportunities to increase lead acquisition, conversion, and client retention

  • Coordinate messaging, design, and automation across funnels

• Landing Pages

  • Build high-converting landing pages aligned with funnel strategy

  • A/B test headlines, CTAs, and page layout to optimize conversions

  • Ensure pages align with brand and messaging

• Email Campaigns

  • Plan, write, and execute email campaigns that drive leads and sales

  • Segment audiences for targeted messaging

  • Track open, click, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns based on data

• GoHighLevel Process

  • Own the full GoHighLevel setup, campaigns, automations, and workflows

  • Ensure integrations and automations run smoothly and efficiently

  • Troubleshoot and improve existing automation flows

• Marketing Data & Analytics

  • Track KPIs and campaign performance in dashboards

  • Report on funnel performance, conversion rates, and ROI

  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing results

You’ll be the pioneer hire for this team, taking ownership of multiple tasks and shaping how we work. As we grow, we’ll be adding more team members to support you.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing

• Strong GoHighLevel experience

• Skilled in landing page creation and A/B testing

• Experience with email campaigns that convert

• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and optimization

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
