What We’re Looking For?
At least 1 year experience in customer service role in the e-commerce space
Proficiency in using Shopify and its functions needed for customer service tasks
Working experience in using Zendesk, Gorgias, and other similar ticketing systems
Ability to handle customer tickets while consistently meeting SLAs for response time, resolution, and quality
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented with a customer-first, empathetic approach to support
The following experiences are good - to - haves but not strong requirements
Handling omni channel (email, chat, social, phone)
Supporting multiple brands
Multi - language with the use of AI tools or translators
Reliable internet connection and remote-ready setup
Ability to work assigned schedules (varies by client)
