We are hiring for a skilled Email Marketer to own the Email Marketing strategy of the brands. The company is scaling exponentially - achieved diamond status in less than 3 months and is ranked among the top 5 products in Clickbank and other marketplaces. They move fast, they play in competitive niches, and they want someone who can keep up - and deliver results.

This is not a role for someone who just "sends emails." This is for someone who understands that every word in an email is either making money or losing it.

What you'll own:

• Write high-converting direct-response email copies for campaigns in the bizzopp (make money online) and dating markets

• Manage end-to-end email marketing - copy, scheduling, campaign execution, and list segmentation

• Grow, maintain, and ensure list healthiness - open rates, click-through rates, deliverability and turn them into revenue generators

Who we are looking for:

• You have a minimum of 3 years experience as an email marketer - specifically in direct response (not just general email marketing)

• You have written copy in the bizzopp or dating niches and understand the psychology of selling outcomes, not just products

• You are proficient in AWeber

• You understand VSL funnels and how email fits into the direct response ecosystem

• You are familiar with GDPR compliance in sensitive markets

• You know your KPIs - open rates, CTR, revenue per subscriber, LTV - and you can hit them

• You have managed or have the potential to manage your own team

• You are willing to learn and willing to adapt
