We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our inbound client acquisition engine. This role is focused on generating qualified leads and booked discovery calls through strategic funnels, automation, and performance-driven campaigns.

We’re a boutique HR agency supporting founders, startups, and remote-first teams with fractional HR leadership, people operations support, and culture - building. We want a Marketing Specialist who understands how to turn traffic into leads and leads into revenue.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building the systems that move prospects from first touchpoint to sales conversation — including but not limited to landing pages, lead magnets, nurture journeys, appointment funnels, and CRM automation.

What You’ll Own

• Funnel Strategy & Buildout

  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels for B2B offers

  • Build landing pages, opt-in pages, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, and booking funnels

  • Ensure seamless handoff from marketing to sales

• Lead Generation & Acquisition

  • Launch and manage campaigns across social media, email outbound, paid ads, partnerships, and other channels

  • Develop strategies to consistently increase qualified inbound opportunities

  • Test new acquisition channels and campaign angles

• Performance Optimization

  • Monitor funnel metrics and identify growth opportunities

  • Improve CPL, booking rate, show-up rate, and conversion performance

  • A/B test pages, copy, creatives, and email sequences

• A steady pipeline of qualified, aligned leads

• Right-fit deals closed consistently

• Closed deals that onboard smoothly

• Strong early client retention

Who Will Succeed in This Role

• Proven success generating B2B leads or booked sales calls

• Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels

• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM tools

• Understanding of lead nurturing and sales pipeline handoff

• Strong copywriting skills for landing pages and email campaigns

• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs
