About the Role
We’re looking for a sales specialist who can build targeted prospect lists and execute high-volume outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, and other platforms). This role is focused on top-of-funnel pipeline generation—your primary goal is to start conversations and generate qualified opportunities for the discovery call.
What You’ll Own
Lead Sourcing & List Building
Research and build high-quality prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact data
Continuously refine targeting to improve response rates and lead quality
Maintain clean, organized lead databases
High-Volume Outreach Execution
Execute daily outbound outreach at scale via cold email, LinkedIn (connect + message sequences), and other relevant channels
Personalize messaging where needed without sacrificing volume
Follow structured outreach sequences and cadences
Consistently hit daily outreach targets
Messaging & Conversion Optimization
Test and iterate messaging to improve open rates, reply rates, positive response rates
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with offers and campaigns
Identify winning angles and double down on what works
Pipeline Contribution
Qualify interested prospects and move them discovery calls or sales conversations
Ensure smooth handoff to the COO for the closer
Track outreach performance and pipeline impact
What Success Looks Like
High volume of consistent daily outreach activity
Steady flow of qualified leads entering the pipeline
Strong reply and positive response rates
Increased number of booked discovery calls
Who Will Succeed in This Role
Proven experience in building list and doing cold outreach / outbound sales
Comfortable sending high-volume outreach daily
Strong copywriting skills for cold messages and emails
