RZ HR Studio is hiring for a Senior Creative Strategist for our our partner client in the AI - First Performance Agency space.
Who you're joining?
The founder has built a $7M/year CPG brand, two AI companies (including one that scaled to $1M/year in revenue within 12 months) and another AI startup that was funded by Amazon. Now they are going all in on building an AI-first performance creative agency for 7–8 figure DTC/eCom brands.
What's exciting about this role?
You will help build the entire creative engine, become Head of Creative, hire the team below you, and own a direct percentage of the upside.
You will own the creative pipeline end-to-end: finding winning angles, analyzing what is driving performance, turning customer research into briefs, working with creators/editors, and building the system that helps brands test faster and learn faster.
You will join as the second hire and become the person responsible for building the entire creative strategy function.
You will become Head of Creative and build the team below you as we grow.
How does your day look like?
Build creative briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers
Write and structure video ad scripts from A-Z
Mine reviews, Reddit, TikTok, competitor ads, customer interviews, and surveys for high-converting angles
Analyze creative performance data and identify the real signal behind winners and losers
Turn winning ads into new variations, new hooks, new angles, and new landing page ideas
Work closely with media buying to keep the testing engine moving fast
Help build our internal creative strategy process, hiring standards, and team structure
Who we are looking for?
3+ years as a Creative Strategist inside a performance agency
Proven experience with 7–8 figure eCom/DTC brands
Deep fluency in Meta paid social creative strategy
Strong understanding of hooks, angles, offers, formats, fatigue cycles, and testing systems
Knows how to turn customer research into ads that sell
Comfortable analyzing CPA, ROAS, spend, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and creative-level performance
Sharp written communication - your briefs should be clear, simple, and impossible to misunderstand
Strong taste for what makes ads work
Excited by AI, automation, and building better creative workflows
Wants to grow into Head of Creative / Creative Director
Wants ownership, pressure, and upside
Based in EU or US time zone preferred
Offer for this role is up to $7,500 per month plus 10% of profits. The goal is to make this a high-six-figure opportunity over time for the right person.
