RZ HR Studio is hiring for eCommerce Growth Managers for clients in our Remote Talent Network. These are early to mid-stage eCom and DTC brands aiming to reach consistent 6-figure revenue, and they need hands-on operators who can roll up their sleeves and directly grow the business, not just oversee it. If you have taken a brand from its early stages toward six figures and did the work yourself, this is for you.
WHO YOU'RE JOINING
You will be joining a curated network of eCom operators and matched with brands that are early in their growth journey but ready to scale. Our clients are eCom and DTC brands working toward consistent 6-figure revenue. They need someone who can execute, not just strategize.
WHAT'S EXCITING ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Work across multiple growth levers including email, CRO, and paid channels rather than being boxed into one function
• Build long-term relationships with brands that value operators who get things done

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
• Own the growth roadmap for an assigned eCom store or brand, focused on revenue growth
• Execute hands-on across email marketing, CRO, offers, and other growth levers as needed
• Identify and test opportunities to increase conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase rate
• Collaborate with the brand's existing team (creative, ads, fulfillment) to align on growth priorities
• Track performance and report on what is working, what is not, and what is next
• Move quickly between tasks, doing the groundwork yourself rather than delegating
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience growing an eCom or DTC brand's revenue, ideally toward consistent 6-figure revenue
• Operator-first: hands-on, generalist skill set across email marketing, CRO, and other growth levers
• Comfortable being the one doing the work, not just directing others
• Leadership or team management experience is a plus, but secondary to hands-on execution
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on revenue impact
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async environment
