RZ HR Studio is hiring for Head of Growth for clients in our Remote Talent Network. These are eCom and DTC brands that have already found traction and need a strategic leader to take them toward 7-8 figure revenue. If you have led growth strategy and teams behind brands that scaled to seven or eight figures, this is for you.
WHO YOU'RE JOINING
You will be joining a curated network of eCom operators and matched with brands that are past early-stage and ready to scale aggressively. Our clients are eCom and DTC brands aiming for 7-8 figure revenue. They need a leader who can set the strategy and build the team to execute it.

• Build and manage the team executing on growth, rather than doing the groundwork yourself

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
• Set the growth strategy and roadmap for an assigned brand aiming to scale from $100K toward $1M+
• Lead and direct a team across channels such as paid media, email, CRO, and creative
• Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and prioritize the team's focus accordingly
• Review performance data regularly and adjust strategy based on results
• Communicate progress, plans, and recommendations clearly to brand leadership
• Focus on strategy and team leadership rather than hands-on execution
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience leading growth strategy for an eCom or DTC brand that scaled toward 7-8 figure revenue
• Leadership-first: strategy and team leadership is the primary focus, not hands-on execution
• Track record of setting growth direction and overseeing a team that executes it
• Deep understanding of eCom growth levers across paid media, email, CRO, and creative, even if not executing directly
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Excellent communication skills for working with brand leadership in a remote, async environment
