Why This Isn't Another Performance Marketing Role
You'll go far beyond campaign execution. You'll work alongside experienced strategists, learning how to connect paid media with contribution margin, forecasting, LTV:CAC, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across Google, Meta, and other paid media platforms to help established brands scale profitably. From day one, you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibility. As your capability grows, so will your ownership, giving you greater influence over client strategy, commercial decisions, and business outcomes. Your work will include:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
Connect marketing decisions with financial metrics such as contribution margin, aMER, and LTV:CAC.
Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, attribution, and incrementality analysis.
Deliver commercially focused reporting that influences business decisions.
Collaborate with Creative Strategy and Ad Operations teams.
Participate in weekly strategy sessions and ongoing commercial development.
You're a Great Fit If...
You've already built a strong foundation in paid media and are ready to become a more commercially minded growth marketer.
3–6 years of paid media experience managing eCom campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Experience building campaign structures independently using platform best practices.
A proven ability to identify performance issues and recommend practical solutions.
Experience running structured campaign tests and using data to improve results.
Exposure to commercial metrics such as contribution margin, CAC payback, or customer lifetime value.
Confidence participating in client conversations and explaining campaign performance.
Experience working across multiple channels while identifying broader performance opportunities.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise issues early and recommend next steps.
A genuine curiosity about finance, commercial strategy, and the business side of marketing.

A Few More Things...
Full-time, exclusive role. We're looking for someone who's excited to fully commit and grow with the team.
Australian time overlap. You'll need to be available for at least 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Australian time for meetings, training, and client collaboration.
Competitive compensation. Salary is negotiated based on your experience and impact. At a minimum, we're prepared to match your current or most recent salary, with higher compensation available for exceptional candidates.
