RZ HR Studio is hiring Video Editors for a fast-growing eCom brand incubator in our network.
We’re looking for someone who understands that in performance creative, the goal is not just to make videos look good. The goal is to make people stop scrolling, keep watching, and take action.
You’ll be editing direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. You’ll work closely with Creative Strategists who develop the concepts, hooks, and briefs. Your role is to bring those ideas to life through fast, sharp, high-performing edits.

The company has grown from early-stage dropshipping roots into a 30+ person team doing over $1M/month in revenue, with the ambition to scale toward multi-9 figures.

What You’ll Do
Edit direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
Turn raw UGC footage, b-roll, and brand assets into scroll-stopping ad creatives
Execute creative briefs from Creative Strategists
Produce multiple ad variations and iterations quickly
Add text overlays, captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-moving creative environment
Learn from performance data and apply insights to future edits

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of video editing experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
You’ve edited ads that have scaled or performed well in paid campaigns
Portfolio of direct-response ads, UGC-style videos, or social media ads
Understanding of what works on Meta, TikTok, and paid social platforms
Strong pacing, hook, caption, sound, and text overlay instincts
Experience adding motion graphics and text animation
Strong attention to detail across audio sync, pacing, color, and formatting

You only want to work on cinematic, narrative, or brand videos
You’re not comfortable with fast turnarounds and high creative volume
You need detailed hand-holding on every edit

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $2,000–$2,500 USD
Performance bonus through an ad bounty program for high-performing creatives
