What You'll Typically Do

• Build, launch, and scale affiliate and partnership programs.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners.

• Identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer acquisition.

• Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and optimize partner performance.

• Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns.

• Analyze affiliate performance and make data-driven recommendations.

• Monitor fraud, compliance, and program quality.

• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams on launches and promotions.

• Prepare regular reports on revenue, ROAS, partner performance, and growth opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate platforms, and competitive programs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing affiliate or partnership programs

• Experience supporting eCom& DTC brands

• Experience with platforms such as ShareASale, Awin, Everflow, or similar affiliate platforms

• Experience working with influencers, creators, or ambassador programs.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously

• Self-driven
