We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure to a fast-moving eCom business.

They are fast-growing DTC health & wellness company with a 45-person global team, strong performance marketing budgets, and an ambitious growth trajectory. They’re building a high-performance, low-ego team of operators who want real ownership, move fast, and make a visible impact as the company scales.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, strengthen and rebuild SOPs, coordinate across teams, and make sure the systems behind the company can keep up with its growth.

This is not a role for someone who simply maintains existing processes. We’re looking for an operator and problem-solver who sees what’s missing, builds the solution, and drives it through execution.

What You’ll Own

• Own and improve the company's day-to-day business operations

• Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems

• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other core eCommerce operations

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions

• Bring greater organization, accountability, and structure across the business

• Coordinate across teams to keep priorities and projects moving

• Support recruiting and interviewing as the team continues to grow

• Ensure processes evolve as the company scales rather than becoming bottlenecks

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand

• Strong experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Proactive problem-solver who can work with limited hand-holding

• Strong ownership mentality — you don't just identify problems; you solve them
