We usually respond within 2 hours
Are you a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who knows eCommerce, inventory, and international logistics?
We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can take ownership of our supply chain across the Netherlands/Belgium, UK, and US.
You’ll work closely with the founder and COO to make sure we have the right inventory in the right markets, suppliers and logistics partners are running smoothly, and we’re continuously finding ways to improve costs and efficiency.
If you’re strong in supply chain, comfortable working independently, fluent in Dutch, and enjoy solving problems before they become bigger problems, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Own day-to-day supply chain operations across NL/BE, UK, and US
Manage sourcing and manufacturing relationships
Plan and forecast inventory across multiple markets
Build and maintain reorder and purchasing plans
Monitor stock levels, lead times, inbound shipments, and potential stock-out risks
Plan inventory for major sales periods, including Black Friday and Q4
Manage relationships with our 3PLs, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
Coordinate international shipments from suppliers through to fulfillment
Manage shipping and logistics across the EU, UK, and US
Coordinate customs and import requirements
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce freight, fulfillment, and landed costs
Evaluate alternative shipping and fulfillment models, including direct shipping from China/Asia
Source and evaluate new suppliers and manufacturers
Request product samples and coordinate supplier evaluations
Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, and logistics costs
Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
Track supply chain performance and maintain clear reporting
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues
Build and improve supply chain processes as the business continues to scale
What we're looking for
3+ years of hands-on supply chain experience
Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written
Good English communication skills
Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
Hands-on experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
Experience managing international shipping and logistics
Understanding of customs and import requirements
Experience managing suppliers and/or manufacturers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Available to work during EU hours
Looking for a long-term freelance/contractor engagement
Experience with eCommerce or DTC? Even better.
We’d be particularly interested in candidates who have worked with eCommerce or DTC brands, especially larger online businesses.
Experience in any of the following would be a strong advantage:
8-, 9-, or 10-figure eCommerce brands
Supplements, health & wellness, food, or FMCG
Sourcing and manufacturing in China or Asia
Shipping products directly from China/Asia
ShipBob or similar 3PL platforms
Multi-market inventory planning
Black Friday / Q4 demand planning
Logistics and landed-cost optimization
Supplier negotiations and cost reduction
You don't need to have done everything listed above. But you should be someone who can take ownership of a supply chain, understand how all the moving pieces connect, and confidently solve problems without needing to be micromanaged.
🌍 Remote & EU Hours
This is a fully remote role and we're open to candidates outside the Netherlands.
You must be able to work during EU working hours and communicate effectively with a remote team.
Dutch fluency is required for this role.
Why this role?
You’ll join a fast-growing DTC brand operating across the Netherlands/Belgium, UK, and US, where supply chain directly impacts growth, customer experience, and profitability.
You’ll work closely with the founder and COO, giving you genuine ownership and visibility into the business.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be following processes someone else created. You'll have the opportunity to improve the supply chain, identify cost savings, build supplier relationships, and help shape how the operation scales.
We're looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration, not a short-term project.
If you're a Supply Chain Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex logistics problems, and helping a growing eCommerce business scale, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now and tell us a little about your supply chain experience, the markets you've managed, and the types of products or eCommerce brands you've worked with.
